We brought in a stray cat (Baby Ginge) whom we had cared for, for over five years when she became unwell. The vet informed us she was terminally ill. The vet and all the staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. When we were informed she had a terminal illness, the vet showed such genuine empathy and care; the vet became genuinely upset herself, which meant a lot to me. A few days later, the same vet carried out the euthanasia with such tenderness and respect, making an incredibly hard moment as peaceful and gentle as it could be to Baby Ginge. We are so grateful for the compassion, understanding, and care shown to both our cat and us during such a difficult time. I urge the owner to name and thank the vet who helped us throughout. Thanks to all of you for your help during this extremely difficult experience.

Our little stray cat was put down in a rush and no alternative given after testing positive for FeLV leukimia when brought there for a check up while was asleep. He was still very active and always hungry despite his little bodyweight. Very sad and cruel.

Worst vet in Galway!!! If you want staff that care about your pet don’t go here. They’re money hungry and care about that over wellbeing of pets. I will never come back. When speaking to staff they just demanded payment before I could find out if my dog is okay. She could have been in a coma and they refused to release info on HOW she was till paid. Disgraceful.

We registered our now 3 year old Bischon Lucy with Briarhill vetinary clinic when we got her as a pup. They always facilitate our visits for checkups and if she gets suddenly sick - normally she is very healthy. The staff are really nice and the vets very knowledgeable
