This veterinary clinic is good for surgical procedures and basic care; they are fairly attentive and efficient. However, if you have an emergency during holidays, you cannot rely on their help. When they are closed, they are closed, no exceptions. For emergencies, on the other hand, you can count on the almost immediate assistance of Lakeside Veterinary Hospital ➡️ 10 STARS!

Took my cat here to be sprayed, she just had her 1st litter of kittens couple of weeks prior to been sprayed. I was abit concerned about getting her done so soon after delivery, but I was reassured it would be ok. We dropped her and her kittens in at 10 and collected her at 5pm. She was abit groggy but was fine the next day. I found them to be extremely nice and helpful and but me at ease. Great service

This veterinary clinic has a wonderful staff. The veterinarians are attentive, meticulous, and thorough. The receptionist is extremely kind, friendly, and patient, especially with me, since I don't speak much English. Highly recommended veterinary clinic! 5 stars! And a huge thank you for all the times they have helped my Penny!

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my cat received at the portumna vet clinic in particular from Tory. We knew our cat was nearing the end of his life but Tory went above and beyond to make sure that his last few weeks were as comfortable and carefree as possible and that as litte stress as possible was put on both the cat and ourselves. We truly appreciate the help and understanding given to us and our feline family member ❤️

I cannot thank Tory and Gioia and the team enough. We rushed in on a late Thursday evening with a little very sick and fitting puppy. Tory and Gioia dealt with the situation calmly, compassionately, intelligently. They were so diligent in their research constantly trying to diagnose and treat Arti! This is the best veterinary treatment and care I have ever seen and I really can't thank them enough! If you want your animal looked after I couldn't recommend anyone more highly! It is worth travelling far and wide for the vets and the care!
