Excellent vet practice. The team do all of our large animal work and always provide a prompt and practical service. Liam and Laura have top class knowledge to diagnose and treat any call outs we have and also help us develop strategies to reduce any future occurrences. Suzanne keeps everything so well organized and is so helpful when we call to the practice. Would highly recommend craughwell vets

I couldn’t be happier with the service at Craughwell Vets! This was my first time using this practice, and I was so impressed with the care and attention my pets received. I recently had my dog, Matilda, and my cat, Peanut, spayed, and the experience was outstanding. Matilda is a bit of a hypochondriac at the best of times, and when I dropped her off, she was looking very sorry for herself—she’s used to being snug under a duvet! The vet immediately gave her a big blanket to reassure her, which was such a kind gesture and really put me at ease. The clinic was spotless throughout, and the team took blood samples from both pets, providing a detailed breakdown of the results. It was so reassuring to have everything explained clearly, and it’s great to have these results for future reference. The aftercare was fantastic—I was sent home with a personalised guide for each pet, as well as three oral syringes of painkillers each to keep them comfortable, which was incredibly helpful. I also had my cat chipped and vaccinated. I was sure both would be traumatised, but neither seemed in a hurry to leave! Liam, the vet, was kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. The surgical wounds were so neat and clean, and it was obvious how much care had gone into their treatment. A huge thank you to Liam and the entire team at Craughwell Vets—you truly went above and beyond!

She clearly loves animals and puts up with my questions. Liam himself is running a fantastic veterinary practice and it is clear that he has hand picked a great team who truly love animals and their work. The call outs are prompt which I am so grateful for as this can be a worrying time for someone with a sick animal. Thank you all for being so helpful to all our inside and outside crew. Laura is the best vet Mel (my dog) has had in Ireland. I highly recommend them and they are very professional. Susan is also very kind and helpful. I'm glad I found the clinic when Mel needed it most.
